What happens if you change your mind?
Buying directly from VanMoof.com
- EU "cooling off" applies → 14 days after delivery
- Product must be in original packaging & ≤ 25 km ridden to test
- Consumer bears the return shipping costs
- VanMoof may reduce refund by up to €500 if product not returned in satisfactory condition

Buying from a shop / reseller
- No guaranteed "change-of-mind" return
- Return conditions depend on the store's own policy
- Always ask the shop what their return window is before buying
- If defective → seller must repair / replace — or refund if repair isn't possible
Summary: online = safer — you always get a 14-day right of withdrawal. In-store "change-of-mind" returns are never guaranteed.
