What happens if you change your mind?

Buying directly from VanMoof.com

  • EU "cooling off" applies β†’ 14 days after delivery
  • Product must be in original packaging & ≀ 25 km ridden to test
  • Consumer bears the return shipping costs
  • VanMoof may reduce refund by up to €500 if product not returned in satisfactory condition

Buying from a shop / reseller

  • No guaranteed "change-of-mind" return
  • Return conditions depend on the store's own policy
  • Always ask the shop what their return window is before buying
  • If defective β†’ seller must repair / replace β€” or refund if repair isn't possible

Summary: online = safer β€” you always get a 14-day right of withdrawal. In-store "change-of-mind" returns are never guaranteed.
