How can I manage my subscription?

What's the difference between the VanMoof app and Ride Pro?
The VanMoof app is free and required — it handles pairing, core controls, basic theft tracking, and firmware. Ride Pro is an optional paid layer on top: advanced theft tracking, remote alerts, Halo Ring colours, Health App sync. You need the standard app to use Ride Pro.
What about Ride Pro for my VanMoof S5 or A5?
VanMoof has indicated on their social channels that S5 and A5 support is coming. No specific date is published. Until then, S5 and A5 owners can use the standard VanMoof app for core features, plus Moofment for native Bluetooth bike control, FOCUS dashboard, and ride tracking.
Can I still get Ride Pro on my VanMoof S3 / X3 or earlier?
No. Ride Pro requires the hardware GPS and modem capabilities in the S6 series. S3 and X3 owners do still get free theft tracking via the standard VanMoof app, and most modern advanced features come through Moofment — the independent companion app that works on every VanMoof from S2 to S6.
What's the difference between Theft Tracking and Theft Proof?
Theft Tracking (included with Ride Pro) is the technology to locate your bike if stolen. Theft Proof is VanMoof's insurance-style coverage that pays out if recovery fails. Is the 14-day free trial really free?
Yes, but you must add a payment method to start it. Cancel before day 14 and you're not charged. If you forget, the first year automatically begins. Set a calendar reminder for day 12 if you want to evaluate without committing.
Does Ride Pro work outside the EU?
Ride Pro relies on VanMoof's cloud and modem service, which depends on regional coverage. Most European markets are supported. Outside the EU, check VanMoof's help center for the latest country list before subscribing.
Can I use Ride Pro and Moofment at the same time?
