VanMoof 1.0 - Important Information

For customers affected by the 2023 bankruptcy

Placed an Order Before Bankruptcy

All pending deliveries are tied to the old business. Bankruptcy administrators will list all creditors, including customers.

Refund Options: If you paid with a credit card (American Express or PayPal), you can initiate a claim to receive a refund. Some debit payment methods, like Klarna, also offer similar protection.

Existing Warranties & Peace of Mind

Important: The warranty promises made by the old management have unfortunately been dissolved along with the old management.

In other words: Unfortunately, the existing warranties will not be honored.

Apple Find My Tracking

VanMoof models produced from April 2021 support Apple Find My integration. When enabled on your iPhone or Apple device, your bike’s location is securely shared through Apple’s encrypted Find My network, helping you track it if it’s misplaced or stolen.
