By downloading, installing, or using ValueVue ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

ValueVue is a price tracking and value monitoring application that allows you to:
- Track prices and values: From publicly accessible webpages
- Set target prices: And receive notifications when targets are reached
- View historical data: Price data and trends over time
- Monitor exchange rates: Currency exchange rate tracking
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ValueVue only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate laws: Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Circumvent security: Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App
- Impair websites: Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair any website you're tracking
- Unauthorized access: Use the App to track content that you don't have permission to access
- Redistribution: Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
4. Website Content and Third-Party Terms
ValueVue fetches content from websites you choose to track. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ValueVue complies with the terms of service of those websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to extract accurate values from webpages, ValueVue relies on the structure and content of external websites that may change at any time. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy: The accuracy of extracted values
- Availability: Continuous availability of value extraction
- Compatibility: Compatibility with all websites
You should always verify important pricing information directly on the source website before making purchasing decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VanMoofer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- App content: All code, design, and materials within ValueVue are owned by VanMoofer
- No reverse engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
- No warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Website changes: Tracked websites may change their structure at any time, potentially affecting value extraction
- Network reliability: Value fetching depends on network connectivity and website availability
- Notification delivery: Local notifications depend on iOS system scheduling and are not guaranteed to arrive at exact times
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- No liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Financial decisions: Not liable for any financial loss resulting from reliance on values extracted by the App
- Data loss: Not liable for loss of tracked data, settings, or historical records
- Third-party content: Not liable for the accuracy or availability of content on tracked websites
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
10. Governing Law
- Applicable law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany
- Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tübingen, Germany
- EU consumers: EU consumers retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection provisions in their country of residence
