By downloading, installing, or using Alarmatic ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Alarmatic is a smart alarm application that calculates wake-up times based on your destination, travel time, and morning routine. The App is designed to help you arrive at your appointments on time.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Alarm settings: Ensuring that alarm settings are appropriate for your needs
- Device readiness: Verifying that your device has sufficient battery and notifications are enabled
- Legal compliance: Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- API keys: Any API keys you configure for optional flight tracking features
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that:
- Uninterrupted service: The App will always function without interruption
- Travel time accuracy: Travel time estimates will be perfectly accurate
- Alarm reliability: Alarms will always fire at the exact scheduled time
- Device compatibility: The App will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Missed appointments: Missed appointments or events due to alarm failure
- Loss of income: Loss of income or business opportunities
- Reliance damages: Any damages resulting from reliance on the App
You acknowledge that the App is a tool to assist with time management and should not be solely relied upon for critical appointments.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services such as:
- Apple Maps: For travel time calculation
- iOS Calendar: For event import
- Flight tracking APIs: Optional integration with AeroDataBox, AviationStack
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VanMoofer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
- Applicable law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany
- Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tübingen, Germany
- EU consumers: EU consumers retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection provisions in their country of residence
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
