QuietControl logo

Quiet awareness for your digital life.

Track subscriptions, screen time, sleep, and focus — without a single notification telling you you're doing it wrong.

Download for iPhone

Five quiet observers, one app.

Each one stays out of the way until it has something genuinely worth saying.

$

Subscription tracker

Track everything from Netflix to your gas bill. Multi-currency. Spending grouped by category. Cancellation links pre-filled for popular services.

Screen time

Daily averages, weekly bars, top categories. No streaks, no shame, no daily reports nudging you to use your phone less.

Focus sessions

Pomodoro, 90-minute cycles, 52/17, deep work blocks, custom durations. A breathing circle instead of a countdown. Mindful minutes saved to Apple Health.

Sleep & activity

HealthKit integration, weekly trends. Cross-correlated with screen time when there's something useful to surface — never just to fill space.

Smart savings

Catches unused subscriptions, overlapping categories, and bundle opportunities. Tells you what to cancel and where to do it.

!

Cancellation deadlines

Tracks notice periods (essential in Germany & the EU). One reminder before your gym or telecom contract auto-renews — that's it.

One-time. 7 days free.

Pay once, yours forever. No subscription, no recurring charges.

Common questions.

Does QuietControl link to my bank?

No. Subscriptions are added manually or via popular-service presets. Your bank credentials never touch the app.

Where does my data live?

On your device. HealthKit and Calendar are read locally; nothing is uploaded to any server. Optional crowdsourced pricing uses Apple's CloudKit — no third parties.

Why aren't there notifications by default?

Most are off out of the box. The few that are on (renewal reminders, focus session ends) can be toggled individually in Settings. We assume you want fewer, not more.

What languages do you support?

English, German, Dutch, and Turkish. More coming as we hear demand.

Does it work on iPad / Mac?

iPhone for now. iPad and Mac builds are on the roadmap once the iPhone version is settled.
