Terms of Use

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Short version: By using Priceful, you agree to Apple's Standard EULA for the app itself, plus the additional terms below (subscription details, acceptable use, liability). These are in addition to — not instead of — Apple's EULA.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Priceful iOS application (the "App"), provided by Aydin Can Polatkan (the "Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which you accept when you download the App from the App Store. Where these Terms and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence for matters concerning licensing of the App, and these Terms govern matters not addressed by Apple's EULA.

2. Description of Service

Priceful is a utility that lets you track any numeric value displayed on any publicly accessible webpage — prices, stocks, crypto, ratings, follower counts, and so on. Features include:

3. Free Tier and Premium

Priceful is free to download. The free tier allows up to 7 tracked items and 100 history records per item, and displays third-party advertisements via Google AdMob.

Premium unlocks unlimited items, unlimited history, tailored refresh frequency, summaries, milestone alerts, and removes ads. Premium is offered as:

4. Subscription Terms

The monthly Premium subscription follows Apple's standard auto-renewing subscription rules:

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Priceful only for lawful purposes. You will not:

6. Third-Party Websites

Priceful fetches content from websites you voluntarily add. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App to track any given website complies with that website's terms of service. The Developer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or legal status of third-party websites.

7. Accuracy of Extracted Values

While we strive to extract values accurately, the App depends on the structure of external websites that may change at any time. The Developer does not guarantee:

Always verify critical information (prices, investments, availability) directly at the source before acting on it.

8. Intellectual Property

The App — including its design, source code, graphics, and branding — is the property of the Developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Apple's Standard EULA grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control.

9. Advertising

The free tier of Priceful displays advertisements via Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data AdMob collects. Upgrading to Premium removes all ads. The Developer does not endorse any advertised product or service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of savings opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility.

In no case shall the Developer's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for Priceful in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you materially violate these Terms. Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
